A software company that stays after go-live.
Deltacraft builds software for organisations across Kenya and the region. Most of our work is custom: a process that currently runs on spreadsheets, email and institutional memory, turned into a system with a data model, permissions and an audit trail.
What we do
Custom software, automation, and four products of our own.
We deliver workflow automation, enterprise software and web development, and we ship four platforms of our own: Assure for internal audit and GRC, TeamPulse for strategy execution and performance, VaultIQ for enterprise document management, and BoardIQ for board governance.
The products came out of the custom work. The same request kept arriving from different institutions, so we built it properly once instead of quoting for it repeatedly. Where a process genuinely is specific to one organisation, we still build it as a custom system, and that is most of what we do.
Our aim is to be the partner an organisation keeps rather than the vendor it replaces. That means solutions that fit the actual need, delivered to a standard that survives handover, and a relationship that continues after go-live.
How we build
Craft is what survives the handover.
Anyone can demo software. The test is whether it still works in year three, under a different team, during an audit.
The record is the product
Our systems are used by people who have to prove what happened. So every action leaves a record with an owner and a timestamp, and that record is designed first, not bolted on before launch.
Integrate with what exists
Nobody replaces their ERP because a new system would prefer it. We build to connect: SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, eTIMS, KRA, payment systems, whatever is already load-bearing.
Built to be handed over
Documentation, training and clean code are part of delivery. You should be able to run, extend or hire for the system without us in the room.
We stay after launch
Software goes wrong in production, not in the demo. Maintenance, monitoring and a route to a human are part of the engagement, not an upsell.

That is usually where the project is. Send a short description and we will tell you whether one of our products fits, whether it is a custom build, or whether you do not need us at all.
